A small mistake in Superstar Rajnikanth’s LingaaPublished: December 13, 2014
Superstar Rajnikanth’s Lingaa is doing a great business in box office and has made a record sweeping box office collection of approximately 38Crs on First Day worldwide. The film is winning incredible laurels for the outstanding performance of Rajnikanth and the brilliant technical approach of this film.
But there is a small mistake in the film, which might not be noticeable and perhaps, we can say Rajnikanth films don’t need logics, but this is an emotional scene…
In the period portions, where a British collector shoots down the Indian flag, Superstar Rajnikanth as Lingeshwaran angrily lashes back verbally asking him to take a look at the crowd… Surprisingly, everyone out there in the village are seen with Indian flag tagged to their dresses. It is such an emotional sequence, but we wouldn’t find Rajnikanth himself wearing the National flag.
If some assistant directors or associates of KS Ravikumar had mentioned this, the scene would have gained its immense impact to a greater extent.
