I made Raghava wait two months for Kanchana 2 – TaapseePublished: April 25, 2015
Actress Taapsee stole the spotlights overnight with her maiden debut ‘Aadukalam’, which was a National award winning flick. She was so much applauded for her decorous performance as an Anglo-Indian girl and later playing the female lead role in Jiiva’s ‘Vandhaan Vendraan’. However aftermath these movies, she didn’t show up often in Kollywood due to her busy commitments in Tollywood and Bollywood.
Her recent Hindi movie ‘Baby’ has been declared as a blockbuster hit and now her Tamil release that marked her comeback titled ‘Kanchana 2’ has been spinning big collections in box office. Speaking about this film, she says, “I was so much nervous and unsure whether I would be doing the best for this role. I asked Raghava Lawrence to wait for two months. He was so patient and got back to me after two months and still things were favourable for me. But laying the complete trust in me, Raghava Lawrence said that he has full confidence in me and would do the best of my potentials.”
