‘INA’ fiasco: Pandiraj rushes to Nayanthara’s supportPublished: September 1, 2015
Even as veteran T Rajendhar has filed a complaint in Nadigar Sangam, alleging that Nayanthara is refusing to allocate dates to shoot a song in his production venture ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’ demanding more money, Pandiraj, the director of the film, has offered his support to the actress.
According to the director, the entire shoot is over and the song itself is unnecessary. “But I agreed for the song since the production side felt that a number featuring STR, TR, Kuralarasan and Nayanthara would be helpful to market the movie.”
“Nayanthara co-operated well during the shoot of the movie, despite the schedules getting cancelled many times. As far as I know, she is not expecting money, she wants the film to be released as soon as possible,” Pandiraj says.
The movie also has Jai and Andrea Jeremiah and it was predominantly shot in Chennai and Kumbakonam. ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’ marks the debut of STR’s younger brother Kuralarasan as music composer.
