Kollywood directors meet JayalalithaaPublished: November 25, 2015
Members of Tamil Nadu Thiraipada Iyakunargal Sangam, the association of directors in Kollywood, today called on chief minister J Jayalalithaa and presented her body donation forms from 64 persons.
President of the association Vikraman, vice-presidents K S Ravikumar, P Vasu and general secretary R K Selvamani met the CM at the secretariat in Chennai and handed over forms signed by their counterparts, expressing willingness to donate body organs.
The meeting by the directors comes just days after the newly elected office-bearers of South Indian Artistes Association (Nadigar Sangam) called on Jayalalithaa and sought her wishes.
After the meeting, Nadigar Sangam president Nasser told reporters that he introduced the new members of the Nadigar Sangam to the chief minister and thanked for her cooperation for the smooth conduct of the elections.
