Prashanth’s challenging ‘Queen Deal’ for TrishaPublished: March 19, 2015
Actress Trisha has been working on many projects simultaneously in both Tamil and Telugu. Moreover, things are hurrying for the actress as soon as she got engaged to producer Varun Manian and she is found signing up many projects. Right now, the actress has just couple of songs to be shot beside Jayam Ravi for ‘Appatakkar’ produced by Lakshmi Movie Makers and directed by Suraj.
The actress has now wrapped up with her Telugu project ‘Lion’ starring Bala Krishna in lead role. Apart from all these movies, she is now vigilantly taking up a unique role in female oriented film titled ‘Bhogi’, which also stars Poonam Bajwa and Oviya in other lead roles. Soon after the completion of these movies, Trisha will start working on her untitled next starring Jai in lead role, directed by Naan Sigappu Manithan fame Thiru.
The latest news we hear is that Producer Thiyagarajan is looking up to sign Trisha opposite her son Prashanth in the remake of blockbuster Hindi movie ‘Special 26’. Well, the deal doesn’t end here and if you’re inquisitively wondering why Trisha should pair with Prashanth, here goes the absolute truth behind it. It is noteworthy that Thiyagarajan and Prashanth had acquired the South Indian remake rights of critically acclaimed ‘Queen’ that starred Kangna Ranaut in lead role. Now, almost all the actresses from the south industry were keen on taking up this role in their respective remakes, but with Thiyagarajan conditioning that the actress should sign another project opposite her son, the missies turned reluctant.
Now it looks like Trisha has the ball in her court to decide her project with Prashanth and if it happens, she would have the most prestigious awards conferred for her lifetime role in the remake of ‘Queen’.
