That’s off the record to acclaim the most expected tale from Selvaraghavan ‘Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam’ that marks the debut directorial of his wife Gitanjali with Editor Kola Bhaskar’s son Balakrishna and Wamiqa Gabbi in lead roles with Parvathi Nair and Kalyani Natarajan in important characters.
As in all the films of Selvaraghavan, the musical score will be an emotional work to add up more intensity. The film is about the contemporary take on the marriage that happens between a couple completely in contrast to each other in all tastes, ideologies and lifestyles.
While the protagonist will be an ordinary chap with no luxuries inherited, his wife is someone who is incredibly possessed with high lifestyle. What happens after their marriage forms the basic premise of this tale and remember it’s a film with ‘A’ certificate as it holds a strong mature theme.
