Vijay’s Puli goes to Kerala’s unusual locationPublished: February 24, 2015
Vijay is leaving no stone unturned over nurturing his upcoming film ‘Puli’ that has been produced at a whopping budget. With all plans and preparations on full swing to get it released on June 22, for the birthday of Vijay, couple of schedules have been completed in a very limited point of time after a short break, the entire crew will be taking its way to the most exotic hill station named Vagamon in Kerala. This happens to be the most virgin locations on Indian maps as the forest reservation has not made any changes with modernization to this part of Kerala. Also, the shooting of this 20-day schedule has been planned up in closer by locations of Vagamon, where a splendid song sequence and few scenes would filmed in this dew drenched hill mountains.
Puli is directed by Chimbu Devan and is produced by Thameems as a joint venture with P.T. Selvakumar. Hansika Motwani plays a princess and daughter to a reigning queen, played by Sridevi and Kichcha Sudeep as the commander. Shruthi Haasan plays a modern girl and according to the sources, Vijay plays triple roles in this flick as a commander, cartoonist and other one filled with suspense.
Sony Music has acquired the audio rights of this film that has musical score by Devi Sri Prasad.
