Vishal is an excited man these days.The reasons behind this is not the CCL cup win, but him finally being paired with Trisha after missing out on the opportunity twice earlier. Sources say that since Trisha’s role in Samaran, directed by Thiru, is pivotal and requires her to be more than just a glam girl. The mere mention of Trisha and Vishal peps up.
“Oh yeah, we finally made it! Somehow, it didn’t materialise earlier, but now Samaran has brought us together.” So, will this see the rekindling of the alleged romance between the two? “Oh, don’t let your imagination wild. For that matter, I was never seeing Trisha to revive it! Of course, she is a close friend and we share a lot of things. You won’t believe it, but on the first two days of shooting we kept looking at each other’s faces and laughing. Our comfort levels are high and it helps us work professionally,” says Vishal.Samaran means warrior and he vouches that it is a high-action thriller. “I play a forest trekking guy in Ooty. The first 15 minutes of the story happens in India and after that, it travels to Bangkok where entire portions will be canned,” he says. Elaborating further, Vishal reveals, “After Avan Ivan, I am bringing something new and visually shocking to the audiences! But not with my character, there is certain segments in Samaran that will make one sit up and take notice.”
